The artist is responsible for either dropping off their art during the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. from May 2, 2023 to May 11, 2023 OR shipping the works to ensure it is received DURING that period.  Arabi Visual Arts cannot invest resources to track down art that arrives earlier than this time period as we may not be on site at the time of delivery.

Art must be properly packaged in order to arrive safely.  The same packing materials will be used for return shipping in the case the works are not sold.  The gallery does not maintain insurance on the art and advises the artist to secure insurance at their own expense.

The art must arrive in a crate or package that can be used to return the art in case it is not sold.  A pre-paid shipping label must be provided unless the artist will pick their unsold work up directly.  Failure to provide proper packaging or shipping label will result in an invoice for our actual costs, plus a 10% markup.  By submitting physical works, the artist agrees that Arabi Visual Arts may at their discretion donate unclaimed art to a local charity for anything not picked up or shipping facilitated by September 1, 2023.

All art must be provided "ready to hang" - meaning it has wire attached to d-rings on the back and is professionally framed.  We highly discourage the use of visible watermarks on photographic and arts prints and reserve the right to refuse art if we deem watermarks overly obtrusive.

Arabi Visual Arts will deduct a 30% commission for any works sold online or at the physical gallery during the dates of this exhibition.
