During my 67 years, I have had three distinct career paths. First, I served 14 years as the Executive Director of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. Second, I served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Xavier University of Louisiana. In 2003 I started my own businees, A La Carte Specialty Foods, and have operated uninterrupted for the past 20 years. While there have been changes in jobs and the direction of my career, a love for outdoor and nature photography has been constant for the past 35 years.
